Welcome to HarmoniQ. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the HarmoniQ website, its subdomains, online storefront, and all merchandise offered through our platform (collectively, the "Service").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Service.

1. Definitions

"HarmoniQ", "Company", "we", "us", or "our" refers to HarmoniQ Solutions Inc, a corporation registered under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

"Customer", "you", or "your" refers to any individual accessing the Service or purchasing Products.

"Products" refers to all merchandise offered for sale through the Service including apparel, accessories, and branded items.

"Content" includes all text, graphics, logos, trademarks, designs, and other materials displayed on the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least eighteen (18) years old or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction to use the Service and purchase Products.

By using the Service you represent that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. Account Registration

Certain features such as purchasing products or participating in personalization experiences may require an account.

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and all activities conducted under your account.

4. Merchandise Purchases

All orders placed through the Service constitute an offer to purchase. HarmoniQ reserves the right to accept or decline orders at its discretion.

Prices are listed in Philippine Peso (₱) unless otherwise stated and may change without prior notice.

Payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors. HarmoniQ does not store complete payment card information.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship within the Philippines. Delivery timelines shown during checkout are estimates and may vary depending on location and courier conditions.

Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery to the shipping carrier.

6. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Products may be returned within fourteen (14) days from delivery if unused, in original condition, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Items marked as Final Sale or damaged due to misuse are not eligible for return.

7. Intellectual Property

All Content on the Service — including HarmoniQ™, Qara™, LIV™, SynQ, HydroponiQ™, and the Diwa personality system (Lumo, Elio, Rumi, Nixy) — is the intellectual property of HarmoniQ Solutions Inc and protected by Philippine intellectual property laws.

Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification of any Content is prohibited.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Violate any applicable laws
  • Use bots, scrapers, or automated systems
  • Attempt unauthorized access to the Service
  • Interfere with platform infrastructure

9. Personalization Survey & Experiences

Interactive features such as the “What’s Your Wavelength?” personality survey provide entertainment and personalization only.

Results do not constitute psychological, medical, or professional assessments.

10. Third-Party Services

The Service may contain links to third-party platforms. HarmoniQ is not responsible for the content or policies of these services.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service and Products are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HarmoniQ shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Makati City.
